Caring for others can be trying. The others can include people as well as animals. This video shows an awesome story of how a teenage boy found a way, educated himself on how to do it right, and helped a baby hummingbird grow up and fly. Hummingbirds are so small, that his ability to pull this off is inspiring. The time, the patience, the extreme care not to harm such a small creature is something to be in awe of. The Hummingbird is now migrating with others of its kind and happy and healthy on its own, so do not be worried that it is tainted by the human help it received. The Staff here have had a variety of pets as well as participated in wild animal rehabilitation efforts.

Animals can teach us so much about ourselves as they try our patience, make us laugh, make our hearts ache, show us what real loyalty is, and are always happy to see us. Look at how you treat your animals and what that says about you and make sure you are just as patient, caring, and expressive of love with the people that surround you. Have a blessed day.
