Good Evening all, it’s Liza the Owner of The Wandering Path. Today has certainly been unique….and so has frankly been the last few months. When I feel uncertain about things and need guidance, you all know I tend to turn to divination as my higher self tends to have a better outlook on things than my conscious self.
So, tonight, I decided to try a different method…using my pendulum to make the choices. I took a deck that I had and chose to use this one because its cards are very much tied into the different Pagan (Wicca) rites and symbolism which is especially evident this time of year. I chose to do an overview question on a new person that has entered my life….and that I feel a strong connection with.
Shuffling the deck I focused on that. I chose to outline the table edges with some of my dragon embraced crystal orbs that felt like the right ones as well as a stone given to me out of friendship and thanks.
I picked my favorite symbol and strew the cards out like that. I then turned to my charged chakra pendulum and began to ask questions to make sure “she” was ready to help me out here. The results are in the image below.
The unknown can be both exciting and scary and often we need a little help to make sure we move forward, pause, or back off….
Wish me luck & Blessings to you all.

Good Morning all, it’s Liza, the Owner of The Wandering Path. I sat down this morning and tried to think of a way to tell all of you some things but in a short version way…and after pages and pages of written thoughts; it still wasn’t very easy to try to sum it up as I didn’t want this entry didn’t become a long thought sharing event that felt a bit random, however I have a feeling it still might be.
Every weekend I meet a variety of people…and while some buy items because they think it is pretty the majority are purchasing things to help themselves or someone else. Almost every time someone asks me about something… (i.e. Do you have anything for weight loss? I’m in a lot of pain; do you have anything to help with that? My house feels strange…do you….? ) the common thread to all my follow up questions start with “how is your mood?”
Our mood influences everything we see, we touch, we taste, we process and everything surrounding us. I have a variety of medical conditions that can often be difficult to deal with; I struggle with my weight; my ability to be around people; my anxiety, depression, pain and anger levels etc… I recognize that I need help with it daily and also that there are days where they affect me even more and I need to step things up a bit to allow me to cope. I take my supplements for their ability to help with things internally and if I need a bit more help than usual, I take an extra Mood Elevation and maybe even add in a cup or two of Emotion Tea as that is first and foremost in addressing any other issue…for if my Mood sucks that day everything else is worse.
I’ll add in the Hematite bracelet and put on the Amethyst necklace as they help with anxiety, stress, pain, and even that mood as well as it affects the energy flow in my body. The aroma and color therapy also does wonders on me; whether it’s the facial lotion I mix up with Ylang-Ylang, Lavender or the “Woo sah” spritzer to help with those moments of frustration; it does have direct & noticeable impact even by those people I end up “spritzing” cause I can feel their frustration or anxiety.
Friends who see me say “you’re losing weight what are you doing?” well…making sure my mood is nice and good; calm and hopeful is my best…and also remembering to take a probiotic, drink water and also eat for without fuel how can the body be asked to burn off the other stuff. No quick fixes, no special things…just giving the body the relief and things it needs to feel better….you want to do more, you laugh more, you smile more…and so your body lets go of that extra stuff it’s storing because it doesn’t feel the need to “save it for later”.
I know some of these thoughts are disconnected but I hope those of you who have felt this way…do feel this way….gain a better understanding why the items I have and put out there are truly there to help you find your Overall Wellness and gain the ability to enjoy your life, feel inspired, and also feel able to express yourself and thereby influence others with the energy you put out that they can then feel.
BB, thanks for listening and enjoy the rest of the day! –Liza M.

Good Morning all, it’s Liza, the Owner of The Wandering Path. I have so much to do this week but I realized I hadn’t posted anything to y’all in a while. I miss being able to find the time to do this each day like I did in the beginning.
Things are hopefully going to get better with the store; while sales are not where they need to be yet, I am keeping my fingers (toes, eyes) crossed that they will improve enough where I no longer have to wonder if I can continue to do this full time.
I was pleased to be able to help people the past few weeks as they tried my supplements & teas and the inspiration and grounding from the various jewelry as well as the other items I stock.
Here is to hoping others find their way to me and I can try to help their lives be a bit a better…with less pain, less depression, and full of more hope for the possibilities in the future.
All of us are on various paths all the time, whether we are looking for ways to improve our health, our outlook, our luck, our sense of self & purpose or something else. I only hope that I can help you along the way to whatever you are searching for. Be limitless at the possibilities and tap into your imagination for it may provide you the guidance you need.
BB! Wishing you all much love and luck on your paths. –Liza M.
Good late night all. It’s Liza, the Owner of The Wandering Path. My “late night owl” tendency has taken hold the past few days…hence why no blog posts although I have tried to at least post something to Twitter every so often if I woke up.
The sand man seems to be avoiding me and I also felt as if I was in a bit of a fog…unsure which way to go. I know everyone experiences those times where someone or something seems to be sapping your energy & creativity and I admit this has been affecting me this week…quite badly.
Tomorrow I shall start adding the Mood (I call it Chinese Prozac) to try to help deal with some of these down trodden/defeated feelings. Yes, my anxiety levels and stress over the business and its lack of activity have been getting to me but I do try to remain hopeful.
Thank you as always for listening to my inner thoughts & concerns.
BB! –Liza M.

Good day everyone. We hope this week is winding up nicely for all of you. We have prepared a graphic with some of the data from the MayoClinic on Meditation. We have also linked up that article & a link to YogaYak for auditory assistance onto the Blogroll.
Meditation tools can be different for everyone. We use sound, like those provided by YogaYak videos; focus talismans (the crystal lotus blossoms, candle flames or the light from the oil warmers); and aromatherapy scents (i.e. the Waikiki Sunset as the Owner spent many great years living in Hawaii) to help deal with stress, pain, lack of focus and whatnots of daily life. Even using the tools in work settings can help keep the frustration down & for you to focus (hence the portability & size of the zen garden, flameless candles, crystal lotus blossoms).
Whether you do this for 5 min or much longer, if it can help calm your mind & body then perhaps you can be on your path to what you seek or need. We hope you find it beneficial as we do.
