Good Morning all, it’s Liza, the Owner of The Wandering Path. I sat down this morning and tried to think of a way to tell all of you some things but in a short version way…and after pages and pages of written thoughts; it still wasn’t very easy to try to sum it up as I didn’t want this entry didn’t become a long thought sharing event that felt a bit random, however I have a feeling it still might be.
Every weekend I meet a variety of people…and while some buy items because they think it is pretty the majority are purchasing things to help themselves or someone else. Almost every time someone asks me about something… (i.e. Do you have anything for weight loss? I’m in a lot of pain; do you have anything to help with that? My house feels strange…do you….? ) the common thread to all my follow up questions start with “how is your mood?”
Our mood influences everything we see, we touch, we taste, we process and everything surrounding us. I have a variety of medical conditions that can often be difficult to deal with; I struggle with my weight; my ability to be around people; my anxiety, depression, pain and anger levels etc… I recognize that I need help with it daily and also that there are days where they affect me even more and I need to step things up a bit to allow me to cope. I take my supplements for their ability to help with things internally and if I need a bit more help than usual, I take an extra Mood Elevation and maybe even add in a cup or two of Emotion Tea as that is first and foremost in addressing any other issue…for if my Mood sucks that day everything else is worse.
I’ll add in the Hematite bracelet and put on the Amethyst necklace as they help with anxiety, stress, pain, and even that mood as well as it affects the energy flow in my body. The aroma and color therapy also does wonders on me; whether it’s the facial lotion I mix up with Ylang-Ylang, Lavender or the “Woo sah” spritzer to help with those moments of frustration; it does have direct & noticeable impact even by those people I end up “spritzing” cause I can feel their frustration or anxiety.
Friends who see me say “you’re losing weight what are you doing?” well…making sure my mood is nice and good; calm and hopeful is my best…and also remembering to take a probiotic, drink water and also eat for without fuel how can the body be asked to burn off the other stuff. No quick fixes, no special things…just giving the body the relief and things it needs to feel better….you want to do more, you laugh more, you smile more…and so your body lets go of that extra stuff it’s storing because it doesn’t feel the need to “save it for later”.
I know some of these thoughts are disconnected but I hope those of you who have felt this way…do feel this way….gain a better understanding why the items I have and put out there are truly there to help you find your Overall Wellness and gain the ability to enjoy your life, feel inspired, and also feel able to express yourself and thereby influence others with the energy you put out that they can then feel.

Good Morning all, it’s Liza, the Owner of The Wandering Path. I have had a hard time falling asleep lately….comes with the “changing of seasons” and while usually I remember what I have right at my finger tips to use…sometimes I forget. The Sleep Formula I stock, I don’t use as often as I should. It not only does allow me to relax enough (and control some muscle spasm hot flashes) to finally fall asleep but I also forgot that sometimes when I’m super stiff and sore that it works like a muscle relaxant and helps my body to calm down enough so I’m not in as much pain as well. Here is a short version graphic of how the other ingredients beyond what is typically known to help with relaxation & sleep work….I need to remind myself sometimes just what I have and just how effective they do help the body which in turn helps the quality of life. I also mixed up a “Sandman I’m Ready” lotion mix (Cedar, Lavender, & Clove) to also begin that wind-down process out of my essential oils…sometimes you do need both internal (the Emotion Tea I have slows down that racing mind) and external methods depending on how “keyed up” you are.

Good Afternoon all, it’s Liza, the Owner of The Wandering Path. Well today has been a busy “creation” day as I need to start keeping track of all my healing type essential oils. So I went and figured out which ones I had already prepared a short information graphic on and which ones I didn’t.
The ones that are missing are included in this post today (Lemon, Clove, Peppermint, Myrrh, Lavender, Tea Tree, Frankincense, Patchouli, Rosemary, Cinnamon, and a quick note on Thieves Oil).
The previous posts have Ylang-Ylang, Galbanum, Eucalyptus, Cedar, and Fresh Ginger. (Hyperlinked for your convenience) I normally like to highlight these a few at a time but necessity trumps all and I should have done this as I got them in so it’s on me. I hope they help you like they do me.

Good Morning all, it’s Liza, the Owner of The Wandering Path. I normally try to take Monday’s off…but I came across something last night that told me that at least what I say to people is not something unique and said by those much more qualified in Oriental Medicine than myself.
I am a constant student, forever learning about what is possible, what is available, and what it is that you may need.
I have a deep desire to help as I know how difficult it is to live life with pain, anxiety, depression, loss of connection, and even without hope.
I cannot help myself…I’m constantly searching for answers or for ways to help make life a little easier on myself and others. That’s why I stock the things I do and I don’t give up easily.
I had the same desire to help, to have an idea about a possibility, even during my time in the military and government service. It is an essential part of me that I cannot deny, so, in doing some research to try to help a friend with her pain from debilitating Cancer, I came across a story with a quote I had to share with you.
At least now I know that my thoughts on my supplements, teas, essential oil mixtures, gemstone jewelry is not unique and that the path I feel compelled to take does not have to be an absence of knowledge but rather an acceptance that not all knowledge or responses are yet known…your body and its responses are their own so we must keep looking for we do not know yet what we may find.
BB! Thanks for listening. Wishing you all much love and luck on your paths. With a raised mug–Liza M.

Good Morning all, it’s Liza, the Owner of The Wandering Path. I listed my call-out for my locals to let me know what their essential oil requests are for this week as I will be re-ordering via Facebook but I also wanted to let you know about one of the new incoming essential oils I will be stocking…it’s called Galbanum and I am eager to try it to see if it can help me (and others) with muscle spasms & arthritic pain. Plus, I also admit, the fact that it can help keep ants, roaches, & more insects at bay is a definite perk….fire ants inside really…suck. I hope you enjoy the information and be sure to follow on Facebook for more callouts (incense will be soon too) to make sure I try to get in the items you have been looking for.

Good Morning all, it’s Liza, the Owner of The Wandering Path. I have had a rough few days, what I would call “reminder” days. I have various conditions that cause me daily pain ranging from annoyance to extreme… but I generally manage it quite well…however, every so often my body gives me a “reminder” of just a fraction of how bad it used to be before I found the various natural compounds, treatment tricks, and this is what I have been dealing with this week.
Along with my formulas I sell; acupuncture, acupressure, meditation, aromatherapy, sound & color therapy are all included in my bag of tricks. The only thing “western” style that I take regularly is aspirin as it does thin the blood & help with pain (I used to have raw white willow bark for that but haven’t had that in good supply in years) so for those that didn’t realize how much I use the stuff I sell, here is the breakdown of the daily formulas I take. This does not include the teas & specific essential oils I make into lotions for myself & friends but you can imagine I use all my oils for aromatherapy & the bubble warmers especially play a role in color therapy & mediation (as do the candles, lotus blossoms etc..).
Yes I began this business because of my own health conditions & need for a good supply of items. I also decided to start it to help others find their paths to health and overall wellness by addressing not only their body & mind but also their need for spiritual exploration & personal expression.
BB! Wishing you all much love and luck on your paths. -Liza M.
P.S. Don’t forget to follow on Facebook, I do ask for feedback on possible new items.
